In accordance with the submitted report on the results of the securities issue, the ordinary registered uncertified shares of the credit institution — issuer totaling 317,035 are placed through conversion of 317,035 ordinary registered uncertified shares of the public joint-stock company Chernomorskiy Bank of Development and Reconstruction.
