On the State Registration of the Securities Issue

On 13 August 2014, the Credit Institutions Licensing and Financial Rehabilitation Department of the Bank of Russia registered the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Chernomorskiy Bank of Development and Reconstruction. The securities issue is assigned state registration number 10103527B.

In accordance with the submitted decision on the securities issue, the ordinary registered uncertified shares of the credit institution — issuer totaling 317,035 are placed through conversion of 317,035 ordinary registered uncertified shares of the public joint-stock company Chernomorskiy Bank of Development and Reconstruction.
