On termination of provisional administration operations
Following the Moscow Arbitration Court ruling dated 14 June 2016 on Case No. А40-31570/2016-86-46 on recognition of the Moscow-based credit organisation Commercial Bank INTERCOMMERZ (Limited), BoR Registration Number 1657, registration date 10 December 1991) as insolvent (bankrupt) and appointment of a receiver pursuant to Clause 3 Article 18927 of the Federal Law ‘On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia has decided to terminate (Order No. ОD-1889, dated 17 June 2016) effective 20 June 2016) the operations of the provisional administration of the above-mentioned credit institution as appointed under BoR Order No. ОD-268, dated 29 January 2016 ‘On appointment of a provisional administration to manage the credit organisation Commercial Bank INTERCOMMERZ (Limited) following revocation of a banking licence’.
