On termination of provisional administration operations
Following the Moscow Arbitration Court ruling dated 23 May 2016 on Case No. А40-81262/16-101-60 on recognition of the Moscow-based credit organisation commercial bank MIKO-BANK, Limited Liability Company (BoR Registration Number 3195, registration date 30 December 1994) as insolvent (bankrupt) and appointment of a receiver pursuant to Clause 3 Article 18927 of the Federal Law ‘On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia has decided to terminate (Order No. ОD-1888, dated 17 June 2016) effective 20 June 2016) the operations of the provisional administration of the above-mentioned credit institution as appointed under BoR Order No. ОD-991, dated 24 March 2016 ‘On appointment of a provisional administration to manage the credit organisation commercial bank MIKO-BANK, Limited Liability Company following revocation of a banking licence’.
