To change the composition of the provisional administration of the Moscow-based credit institution Financial Standard Commercial Bank Limited, or Financial Standard Bank, as appointed under BoR Order No. ОD-1798, dated 8 June 2016, the Bank of Russia decided (Order No. ОD‑1892, dated 17 June 2016) as follows:
to introduce A. E. Karnaukhov, D. S. Gulentsov into the provisional administration of the above-mentioned credit institution from 20 June 2016.
