On securities issue

On 19 January 2016, Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to resume and register an issue and a prospectus of series 02 of non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds for qualified investors of the Moscow-based limited liability company Avenir, placed through private subscription, to assign state registration number 4-02-36444-R to the securities issue.

to register an issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Financial Group BUDUSHCHEYE, placed through exchange of interest in the authorized capital of the members of the limited liability company being transformed for shares in a joint-stock company incorporated by way of transformation, to assign state registration number 1-01-50531-А to the securities issue.
