On updating provisional administration personnel

In order to update the provisional administration personnel of the Moscow-based credit institution Financial Standard Commercial Bank Limited (Financial Standard Bank), as appointed in accordance with Bank of Russia Order No. ОD-1798, dated 8 June 2016, the Bank of Russia decided (Order No. ОD-2291, dated 19 July 2016):

to introduce, effective 20 July 2016, G.P.Yakubovich into the provisional administration to manage the above-mentioned credit institution.
