On updating provisional administration personnel

Due to operational reasons and in addition to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1047 dated 16 May 2014 ‘On the Appointment of a Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution COMMERCIAL BANK OGNI MOSKVY, Limited Liability Company, or CB OGNI MOSKVY LLC Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’, the Bank of Russia took the following decision (Order No. OD-1070 dated 19 May 2014):

— to introduce Olga Lipartiya, chief economist of the general economic section of the Tver Regional Division, Andrey Bogdanov, leading legal adviser of the legal section of the Tver Regional Division, Svetlana Markelova, leading economist of the banking supervision section of the Tver Regional Division, Andrey Vinogradov, category 1 expert of the security and information protection section of the Tver Regional Division, Svetlana Zhbanenkova, category 1 economist of the accounting section of the Zhukovsky Cash Settlement Centre, Galina Prokhorova, chief economist of the accounting section of the Zhukovsky Cash Settlement Centre and Galina Vaulina, leading economist of the economic division of the Kolomna Cash Settlement Centre, to the provisional administration of the credit institution COMMERCIAL BANK OGNI MOSKVY, limited liability company, from 19 May 2014.
