Reason: Article 26, Paragraph 4 of the Federal Law ‘On Securities Market’. In accordance with Order of the Bank of Russia No. OD-910 dated 05 May 2014 a licence to carry out banking activities was revoked from the open joint-stock company First Republic Bank due to non-compliance with the federal banking laws and regulations of the Bank of Russia, failure to meet creditors’ claims on money obligations, repeated application within a year of supervisory measures provided by the Federal Law ‘On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)’ (Article 19; Article 20, Section 1, Paragraph 6 and Section 2, Paragraph 4 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activities’; Article 74, Section 11 of the Federal Law ‘On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)’).
Due to the declaration of the state registration of the sixteenth additional issue of shares of the open joint-stock company First Republic Bank void and its cancellation, any transactions with these securities, their advertising and disclosure of their purchase and/or selling prices are prohibited.
