Pursuant to the requirements of Part 5 of Article 23 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activity’ the Southern Main Branch of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation notifies on the initiation of the reorganisation procedure of the joint-stock company Bank of Southern Multi-sector Corporation in the form of transformation into a limited liability company.
