On reorganising non-governmental pension fund

On 17 December 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to agree on reorganising the non-governmental pension fund Non-governmental Pension Fund of Defence Industry Complex through its transformation into the joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund of Defence Industry Complex; to take a decision on the state registration of the joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund of Defence Industry Complex; to reissue a documentary confirmation of licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance to the joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund of Defence Industry Complex.
