Financial resolution of JSC ROSCOSMOSBANK

The Bank of Russia has approved amendments to the Plan for the Participation of the State Corporation Deposit Insurance Agency in the Implementation of Measures to Prevent the Bankruptcy of JSC ROSCOSMOSBANK (hereinafter, the Bank).

Within these measures, Promsvyazbank PJSC will acquire 100% of the Bank’s equity from State Space Corporation ROSCOSMOS and the Bank will be restructured by way of merger with Promsvyazbank PJSC by 1 May 2021.

After the acquisition of the Bank’s equity and until the completion of the Bank’s restructuring, Promsvyazbank PJSC will act as an investor.
