On registering amendments and addenda to rules of trust management

On 17 September 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to register amendments and addenda to the rules of trust management of the following unit investment funds:

Novosibirsk-Land, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by Invest Management Center Management Company, limited liability company;

TFG — Venture, closed-end venture unit investment fund managed by the closed joint-stock company TRANSFINGROUP Management Company;

Atlanta Credit, closed-end credit unit investment fund managed by ATLANTA Asset Management, limited liability company;

IPF-AGROPROMCREDIT, closed-end credit unit investment fund managed by ATLANTA Asset Management, limited liability company;

Progress Second, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by the closed joint-stock company Progress-Trust Management Company.
