The reason to cancel the state registration of the fifth additional issue of shares is recognition of the fifth additional issue of shares void and registration by the Moscow-based Main Branch of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for the Central Federal District of the report on the results of the additional issue of shares of the open joint-stock company Joint-Stock Commercial Bank United Bank of Industrial Investments which contains information on non-placement of any shares.
Due to the declaration of the state registration of the fifth additional issue of shares of the open joint-stock company Joint-Stock Commercial Bank United Bank of Industrial Investments void, any transactions with these securities, their advertising and disclosure of their buying and/or selling prices are prohibited.
