On 12 September 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to refuse to include information on the following entities in the state register of microfinance organisations:

Region, limited liability company (the city of Orsk);

Mini-Zaim, limited liability company (the village of Pyshma);

INVESTZAIM, limited liability company (the town of Pavlovo);

Finansoviy Dvorik, limited liability company (the city of Cheboksary);

Accord, limited liability company (the town of Lesnoy);

Leader-M, limited liability company (the city of Magnitogorsk);

Alliance Credit Plus, limited liability company (the city of Orenburg);

EuroAlliance, limited liability company (the city of Moscow);

MDO Zaimy v Zaim, limited liability company (the city of Khabarovsk);

STROY BUILDING, limited liability company (the city of Grozny);
