On appointment of provisional administration

In accordance with Clause 2 of Article 17 of Federal Law ‘On Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’ and due to the revocation of the banking licence issued to the Moscow-based credit institution Settlement Non-Bank Credit Institution Settlement Banking Centre, limited liability company, or SNCI SBC LLC, (registration No. of the Bank of Russia is 3487-K, date of registration is 7 July 2008) (Order No. OD-2125, dated 18 August 2014), the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-2126, dated 18 August 2014) to appoint from 18 August 2014 a provisional administration to the SNCI SBC LLC for the period until the appointment of a receiver pursuant to the Federal Law ‘On Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’ or a liquidator’s appointment by the arbitration court’s ruling comes into force.

Kolyagina Irina, chief economist of the information analysis sector of the banking supervision section of Tambov regional division has been appointed head of the provisional administration to manage the SNCI SBC LLC.

The provisional administration to manage the SNCI SBC LLC also includes Ye. Sychyeva and A. Yudayev.
