On termination of activity of provisional administration

Following the Arbitration Court of the city of Moscow ruling dated 28 July 2014 on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the Moscow-based credit institution Commercial Bank Sofrino (CJSC SOFRINO BANK), registration No. of the Bank of Russia is 2972, date of registration is 18 July 1994) and the appointment of the receiver in accordance with Clause 4 of Article 18 of the Federal law “On Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions” the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-2119 dated 15 August 2014) to terminate effective 18 August 2014 the provisional administration of the credit institution JSC Commercial Bank Sofrino, appointed by Order of the Bank of Russia No. OD-1252 dated 2 June 2014 “On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution JSC Commercial Bank Sofrino Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence”.
