On updating provisional administration personnel

Due to the operational reasons and in addition to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1889, dated 25 July 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-Based Credit Institution Open Joint-Stock Company Commercial Bank UNICOR or OJSC UNICORBANK Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’, the Bank of Russia took the following decision (Order No. OD-2104 dated 15 August 2014):

— to withdraw Andrey V. Pokotilo, leading legal adviser of the legal section of the Bryansk Regional Division, Elena A. Tsvetkova, chief economist of the credit institution refinancing sector of the general economic section of the Bryansk Regional Division, Vladimir V. Izmaylov, chief engineer of the technical systems sector of the information support section of the Yaroslavl Regional Division, Oleg A. Skorokhodov, head of the credit institution financial rehabilitation section of the Credit Institution Licencing and Financial Rehabilitation Department of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Tyumen Region, and Svetlana D. Leontieva, leading economist of the credit institution financial rehabilitation section of the Credit Institution Licencing and Financial Rehabilitation Department of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Tyumen Region, from the provisional administration of the open joint-stock company Commercial Bank UNICOR from 18 August 2014.
