On updating provisional administration personnel

Due to the operational reasons and in addition to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1733, dated 11 July 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-Based Credit Institution Closed Joint-Stock Company Ural Clearing Center or CJSC UCC Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’, the Bank of Russia took the following decision (Order No. OD-2107 dated 15 August 2014):

— to withdraw Aleksandr A. Uspenskiy, leading economist of the non-financial organisation sector of the banking supervision section of the Oryol Regional Division, from the provisional administration of the credit institution closed joint-stock company Ural Clearing Center from 18 August 2014.
