On withdrawal of licence to manage investment funds

The reason to withdraw the licence was the management company’s failure to carry out the activity envisaged by the licence within more than 18 months.

The reason to withdraw the licence was the management company’s failure to carry out the activity envisaged by the licence within more than 18 months and the application of the management company.
