On removing information from state register of microfinance organisations
On 17 July 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to remove information on Karond-Kazan, limited liability company (PSRN 1091690038868), from the state register of microfinance organisations.
The reason to take this decision was repeated violation within a year of the requirements of Federal Law No.
— the organisation failed to provide documents containing the report on microfinance activity and its management personnel for the first nine months of 2013 and 2014 Q1.
— the organisation provided documents containing the report on microfinance activity and their management personnel for the year 2013 with violation of requirements.
— the organisation violated the requirements of the legislation on countering legalisation (laundering) of criminally obtained incomes and financing of terrorism in the course of its activity.
