To register a report on the results of the issue of class B non-convertible interest-bearing certified housing mortgage-backed bearer bonds of the closed joint-stock company Mortgage Agent MTSB placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the issue is 4-01-81796-Н.

To register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company SUEK Kuznetsk Basin placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55290-Е-014D
