On Bank of Russia decisions of 11 June 2014

On 11 June 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

To refuse to register the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Yamal Airlines.

To suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Dolgoprudny Design Bureau of Automatics, state registration number of the additional issue 1-01-15009-А-001D dated 11 December 2012, placed through private subscription.

To suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Rosspirtprom, state registration number of the additional issue 1-01-55440-Е-001D dated 3 May 2012, placed through private subscription.

To suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company Leasing Company Voskhod, state registration number 1-01-28008-N-003D, placed through private subscription.

To suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Rostov Helicopter Production Complex Rostvertol placed through private subscription.

To resume the issueand to register the issues of series 01 and 02 non-convertible interest-bearing certified bearer bonds and the prospectus of series 01 and 02 non-convertible interest-bearing certified bearer bonds of the limited liability company Baltic Leasing placed through public subscription.

To assign state registration numbers 4-01-36442-R and 4-02-36442-R to the issues of securities.

To resume the issue and to register the report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Rosgeologia placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-09835-А-003D.

To register changes to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Baltic Nuclear Power Plant placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-05162-D-002D.

To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company SUEK Kuznetsk Basin placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-55290-Е-014D to this additional issue of securities.

To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Mosvodokanal placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-55517-Е-002D to this additional issue of securities.

To register an issue of class A non-convertible interest-bearing certified mortgage-backed housing bearer bonds placed through public subscription, issues of class B and C non-convertible interest-bearing certified mortgage-backed housing bearer bonds placed through private subscription and a prospectus of class A and B non-convertible interest-bearing certified mortgage-backed housing bearer bonds of the closed joint-stock company Mortgage Agent Sunrise-1.

To assign state registration numbers 4-01-81222-H, 4-02-81222-H and 4-03-81222-H to these issues of securities.
