On 11 June 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decision:
To register the procedure of a specialised depositary to exercise control over the activities to invest pension savings on the basis of agreements to render services of a specialised depositary to the non-governmental pension fund and management companies that carry out trust management of pension savings under the agreement with the non-governmental pension fund of the Moscow-based Closed joint-stock company National Custodial Company.
