On Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 3599-U dated 15 March 2015 

On 15 March 2015, the Bank of Russia issued Ordinance No. 3599-U ‘On the Procedure and Form for Presenting Credit Statements of Credit History Makers from Credit History Bureaus by Bank of Russia Request’ registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on 8 April 2015 under Registration No. 36779.

Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 3599-U is developed in compliance with Article 6 of Federal Law No. 218-FZ, dated 30 December 2004, ‘On Credit Histories’.

Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 3599-U provides for:

the procedure for sending requests to credit history bureaus for credit statements of credit history makers;

the procedure for presentation to the Bank of Russia credit statements of credit history makers from credit history bureaus;

the list of prescribed information stated in Bank of Russia request which is sent to credit history bureaus in order to get a credit statement.
