On registering amendments and addenda to rules of trust management

On 15 October 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to register amendments and addenda to the rules of trust management of the following unit investment funds:

ALLTEK — MICEX Index, open-end index unit investment fund managed by ALLTEK Investment Fund Management Company, limited liability company;

ALLTEK — FIRST REAL ESTATE FUND, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by ALLTEK Investment Fund Management Company, limited liability company;

Motherland, closed-end long-term direct investments unit investment fund managed by VELES TRAST, limited liability company;

Golden, closed-end mixed unit investment fund managed by Proflider Management Company, limited liability company;

Achievement, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by Razvitie Management Company, limited liability company;

Infrastructure, closed-end long-term direct investments unit investment fund managed by the closed joint-stock company Pallada Asset Management.
