On striking off information from state register of microfinance organisations
On 14 October 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to strike off information on ARKS, limited liability company (PSRN 1122651033174) from the state register of microfinance organisations.
The reason to take this decision was repeated violation within a year of the requirements of Federal Law No.
— the organisation failed to provide documents containing the report on microfinance activity and its management personnel for 2013 Q1, the first six months of 2013, the first nine months of 2013, the year 2013 and 2014 Q1.
