On striking off information from state register of microfinance organisations
On 14 October 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to strike off information on the following entities from the state register of microfinance organisations:
Finance-Plus, limited liability company (PSRN 1122312003571);
Financial House Osnovanie, limited liability company (PSRN 1127847515212);
CASH, limited liability company (PSRN 1137847191570).
The reason to take this decision was repeated violation within a year of the requirements of Federal Law No.
— the organisations failed to provide documents containing the report on microfinance activity and their management personnel for the first six months of 2013, the first nine months of 2013, the year 2013 and 2014 Q1.
