On appointment of provisional administration

In compliance with Clause 2 of Article 17 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’ and due to the revocation of the banking licence from the Nizhnevartovsk-based credit institution open joint-stock company Bank Purpe or OJSC Bank Purpe (Tyumen Region, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area — Urga) (Bank of Russia Registration No. 709, date of registration — 2 November 1990) (Order No. OD-2867 of 16 October 2014) the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-2870 of 16 October 2014) to appoint from 16 October 2014 a provisional administration to manage the credit institution open joint-stock company Bank Purpe for a term in accordance with the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’ until the arbitration court adjudication on the recognition of bankruptcy and initiation of bankruptcy proceedings (appointment of a receiver) or until the arbitration court adjudication on the appointment of a liquidator becomes valid.

Oleg A. Skorokhodov, chief economist of the credit institution licencing and liquidation sector of the banking supervision section of the Tyumen Regional Division, has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration of the credit institution open joint-stock company Bank Purpe.

The provisional administration of the credit institution open joint-stock company Bank Purpe also includes: Ye.V. Popov, I.A. Tarasov, S.V. Orpanen, S.V. Khorunzhina, K.S. Kondakova, N.V. Stepanova, A.N. Denisov, N.Yu. Shmyrev, V.Ye. Zlobin, V.A. Saduev, E.A. Soloviev, A.A. Allakin, V.M. Tarasov, A.M. Demidov, P.I. Tsikh, A.A. Zdobnov, M.M. Neudakhin.
