To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Industrial Association Sergo Plant placed through private subscription.
To assign state registration number 1-01-57340-D-004D to this additional issue of securities.
To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company Gavan placed through private subscription.
To assign state registration number 1-01-62748-Р-001D to this additional issue of securities.
