On Bank of Russia decisions of 10 June 2014

On 10 June 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

To submit the order to adjust the mandatory offer for purchase of securities of the open joint-stock company Moscow Commercial Bank to the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation to L. Chekanov.

To submit the order to adjust the mandatory offer for purchase of securities of the open joint-stock company Moscow Commercial Bank to the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation to A. Alyutin.
