On changes to the composition of the provisional administration

To change the composition of the provisional administration of the credit institution Joint-stock Company FIA-BANK (Samara Region, Tolyatti), as appointed under BoR Order No. ОD-1180, dated 8 April.2016, the Bank of Russia decided (Order No. ОD‑1455, dated 11 May 2016) as follows:

to remove S.V.Makushenko and O.Z.Dikarev from the provisional administration of the credit institution Joint-stock Company FIA-BANK from 12 May 2016;

to introduce D.G.Grudnitsky, O.N.Lyashuk into the provisional administration of the credit institution Joint-stock Company FIA-BANK from 12 May 2016.
