On updating provisional administration personnel

Due to operational reasons and in addition to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-767 dated 21 April 2014 ‘On the Appointment of a Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution Open Joint-Stock Company Bank Zapadny or OJSC Bank Zapadny, Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’, the Bank of Russia took the following decision (Order No. OD-776 dated 22 April 2014):

— to withdraw Andrey Yudaev, leading economist of the payment systems and settlements section of the Tambov Regional Division, Oleg Efremenko, chief engineer of the maintenance management of information and telecommunication system and accounting and operating system sector, the informational support section of the Yaroslavl Regional Division, Alexander Tormyshov, leading legal adviser of the legal section of the Lipetsk Regional Division, and Alexander Zhuravkov, leading legal adviser or the legal section of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Novosibirsk Region, from the provisional administration of the credit institution open joint-stock company Bank Zapadny from 16 May 2014;

— to introduce Anna Zaytseva, leading economist of the interbank settlements sector, the accounting and reporting section of the Tambov Regional Division, Dmitry Dobronravov, leading economist of the refinancing of credit institutions sector, the general economic section of the Tambov Regional Division, and Elena Burenina, leading accountant of the accounting and operating section of the Volzhsky-based Cash Settlement Centre of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Volgograd Region, to the provisional administration of the credit institution open joint-stock company Bank Zapadny from 16 May 2014.
