Pursuant to the requirements of Part 5 of Article 23 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activity’ the Moscow-based Main Branch of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for the Central Federal District notifies on the initiation of the procedure of the reorganisation of the public joint-stock company MOSOBLBANK through merger with the Investment Republican Bank, limited liability company.
