On cancelling licence of management company

By its Order No. OD-3530, dated 10 December 2015, the Bank of Russia cancelled the licence to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds of Management Company Sadko Finance, limited liability company (PSRN: 5077746869910; TIN: 7722612968 ).
The reason for using such an extreme measure by the Bank of Russia was the repeated non-compliance with the Bank of Russia instruction prohibiting to administer such assets as pension reserves and pension savings under trust management agreements with all the non-governmental pension funds.
