On termination of activity of provisional administration
Following the ruling of the Court of Arbitration of the Altai Territory, dated 7 December 2015 on case No. А03-20515/2015 on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the Barnaul-based credit institution joint-stock company Zernobank (Bank of Russia Registration No. 2337, date of registration — 13 May 1993) and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law ‘On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia decided (Order No. OD-3599, dated 14 December 2015) to terminate from 15 December 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution joint-stock company Zernobank, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2535, dated 24 September 2015, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Barnaul-based Credit Institution Joint-stock Company Zernobank or JSC Zernobank Due to the Revocation of Its banking Licence’.
