On termination of activity of provisional administration
Following the ruling of the Court of Arbitration of the city of Moscow, dated 25 November 2015 on case No. А40-181212/15 on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution joint-stock company Joint-stock Commercial Bank TUSAR (Bank of Russia registration No. 2712, date of registration is 24 February 1994) and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law ‘On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia decided (Order No. OD-3598, dated 14 December 2015) to terminate from 15 December 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution joint-stock company Joint-stock Commercial Bank TUSAR, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2481, dated 18 September 2015, № ОД-2481 ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution Joint-stock Company Joint-stock Commercial Bank TUSAR or JSC TUSARBANK Due to the Revocation of Its banking Licence’.
