On updating provisional administration personnel

In order to update the provisional administration personnel of the Noginsk-based credit institution Commercial Bank Bogorodsky Municipal Bank, limited liability company, or CB BMB LLC (the Moscow Region), appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2984, dated 2 November 2015, the Bank of Russia decided (Order No. OD-3580, dated 11 December 2015):

to appoint Anna Shcherbakova, a leading economist of the regulation sector of the mandatory reserves section of the General Economic Department of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Central Federal District, as the head of the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank Bogorodsky Municipal Bank, limited liability company, from 14 December 2015;

to withdraw N.V. Pomogina from the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank Bogorodsky Municipal Bank, limited liability company, from 14 December 2015.
