On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, dated 2 October 2014, on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution Commercial Bank Art-Bank, limited liability company (Bank of Russia Registration No. 2779, date of registration — 6 April 1994) and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 4 of Article 18 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-2865 dated 15 October 2014) to terminate from 16 October 2014 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank Art-Bank, limited liability company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2124, dated 18 August 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Vladikavkaz-Based Credit Institution Commercial Bank Art-Bank, Limited Liability Company, or CB Art-Bank LLC Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’.
