On cancelling licence of specialised depositary

On 14 October 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel licence to act as a specialised depositary of investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds (hereinafter, the Licence) issued to Nizhny Novgorod Specialized Depositary, limited liability company (PSRN: 1105262009160).
The reasons to cancel the licence were repeated violations of Russian legislation on investment funds.
