On cancelling licence to manage investment funds

On 14 October 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel the licence to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds (hereinafter, the Licence) of Eurotrust Management Company, limited liability company (PSRN: 1075262010064).
The reasons to cancel the Licence were repeated violations of the requirements of Russian legislation on investment funds, and on countering legalisation (laundering) of criminally obtained incomes and financing of terrorism.
