On revocation of insurance licence

By its Order No. OD-2848, dated 14 October 2014, the Bank of Russia revoked the insurance licence from Instant Garant Insurance Company, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 3885).

The decision is taken due to the failure of Instant Garant Insurance Company, limited liability company, to timely remove the violations of the insurance legislation resulted in suspension of the insurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1174, dated 27 May 2014, ‘On Suspending the Insurance Licence of Instant Garant Insurance Company, Limited Liability Company’), namely the failure to timely meet the instruction of the Interregional Branch of the Bank of Russia Financial Market Service for the Central Federal District, and becomes effective the day it is published in a printed media.
