On changing licence forms and reissuing insurance licences

The Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

5 September 2014

To reissue the insurance licence to Novy Vek Insurance Company, limited liability company, due to a change of location.

11 September 2014

To change the form of reinsurance licence of the open joint-stock company Transsiberian Reinsurance Corporation.

12 September 2014

To change the forms of licences of the closed joint-stock company Insurance Company RSHB-Insurance to carry out the following activities: voluntary personal insurance, excluding voluntary life insurance; voluntary property insurance; obligatory carrier liability insurance against health, life and property damage; obligatory public life and health insurance of servicemen, citizen convoked for military training, privates and commanders of the internal affairs agencies of the Russian Federation, public fire service, drug and psychotropic control agencies, employees of institutions and bodies of the penal system; obligatory liability insurance of the owner of a hazardous facility against damage resulting from an emergency situation in the hazardous facility; reinsurance.
