On 14 August 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decision:
1. To strike off Prospect, closed-end long-term direct investments unit investment fund managed by the closed joint-stock company Collective Investments Management Company, from the register of unit investment funds.
2. To strike off Construction and Investment, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by Everest Asset Management, limited liability company, from the register of unit investment funds.
