On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the city of Moscow dated 30 July 2014 on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution open joint-stock company Bank Navigator (Bank of Russia Registration No. 2469, date of registration — 24 August 1993) and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 4 of Article 18 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-2106 dated 15 August 2014) to terminate from 18 August 2014 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution open joint-stock company Bank Navigator appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-998, dated 13 May 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-Based Credit Institution Open Joint-Stock Company Bank Navigator or OJSC Bank Navigator Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
