On Bank of Russia decisions of 13 August 2014

On 13 August 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

1. To register the rules of trust management of the following units:

Mortgage collateral of ISU-3 mortgage participation certificates managed by the closed joint-stock company GFT Mutual Funds;

Mortgage collateral of ISU-4 mortgage participation certificates managed by the closed joint-stock company GFT Mutual Funds;

Mortgage collateral of ISU Stariy Grad mortgage participation certificates managed by GPI Management Company, limited liability company.

2. To reissue a documentary confirmation of licence to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds to the following entities:

— Moscow-based April Investments Management Company, limited liability company, due to a change of name (previous name: StroyInvest Management Company, limited liability company) and location;

— Moscow-based QBF Asset Management, limited liability company, due to a change of name (previous name: FinTrustCity Management Company, limited liability company);

— Moscow-based Flagman Management Company, limited liability company, due to a change of location.
