On updating provisional administration personnel

Due to operational reasons and in addition to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-223 dated 05 March 2014 ‘On the Appointment of a Provisional Administration to Manage the Kemerovo-based Credit Institution Business Development Bank, Limited Liability Company, or BD Bank LLC, Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’, the Bank of Russia took the following decision (Order No. OD-1033 dated 15 May 2014):

— to withdraw Svetlana Savitskaya, head of the informational and analytical activity section, the Division of Credit Institutions Regulation and Supervision of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Kemerovo Region, Antonina Kremzyuk, chief economist of the accounting and statistical reporting collection and processing section, the Division of Credit Institutions Regulation and Supervision of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Kemerovo Region, Olga Yaroshenko, chief economist of the credit institutions supervision section, the Division of Credit Institutions Regulation and Supervision of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Kemerovo Region, and Irina Kozhevnikova, chief economist of the follow-up control sector, the interbank transactions accounting sector, the Division of Accounting and Reporting of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Kemerovo Region, from the provisional administration of the credit institution Business Development Bank, limited liability company, from 16 may 2014;

— to appoint Elvira Valegzhanina, category 1 economist of the accounting and reporting sector, the Division of Accounting and Reporting of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Kemerovo Region, a deputy head of the provisional administration of the credit institution Business Development Bank, limited liability company, from 16 May 2014.
