On the reorganisation through merger

In compliance with Part 5 of Article 23 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activities’, the Bank of Russia’s Volga-Vyatka Main Branch communicates about the beginning of the procedure for reorganising Fora-Opportunity Russian Bank, a joint-stock company, through merger of Joint-stock Commercial Bank North-Western 1 Alliance Bank, a joint-stock company, with Fora-Opportunity Russian Bank, a joint-stock company.
