On appointment of provisional administration to insurance company

On 13 October 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint a provisional administration to ISLA Insurance Company, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 3950, location: 16 Malaya Pirogovskaya Street, office 13, Moscow, 119435, TIN 7714539175, PSRN 1047796116500, hereinafter, the Company).

The decision to appoint a provisional administration was taken due to the suspension of the Company’s insurance and reinsurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2497 dated 12 September 2014).

The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.

Vladimir P. Semenov, a receiver (mailing address: P.O. Box 59, Voronezh, 394030), member of the Non-Profit Partnership of Leading Receivers Dostoyanie (location: 7 Constitution Square, office 417, Saint Petersburg, 196191), has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration
