On striking off information from state register of microfinance organisations
On 10 October 2014 and 14 October 2014, the Bank of Russia took decisions to strike off information on the following entities from the state register of microfinance organisations:
— Microfinance organisation Kaliningrad Credit Union, limited liability company (PSRN 1133926007071);
— My Money, limited liability company (PSRN 1127847664450);
— Gramma, limited liability company (PSRN 1135190005796)
The reason to take this decision was repeated violation within a year of the requirements of Federal Law No.
— the organisations failed to provide documents containing the report on microfinance activity and their management personnel for the first nine months of 2013, the year 2013 and 2014 Q1.
